This product is currently available for delivery within Klang Valley only.

Substitutions

To ensure timely delivery, we may substitute flowers, decorative elements, wrapping materials, or gift items with similar or higher-value alternatives if the original items are unavailable. Every effort will be made to maintain the overall style, colour theme, and presentation.

Fresh Flower Disclaimer

Fresh flowers are natural and unique. Minor imperfections such as petal marks, bruising, or slight variations in shape, size, and colour are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.

Freshness

We carefully select and prepare the freshest flowers available at the time of production. However, as fresh flowers are perishable, natural ageing begins once they are harvested. Once an order has been collected or successfully delivered, 8Cookie is not responsible for any deterioration in the freshness or condition of the flowers due to handling, weather, or storage conditions.

Order Lead Time

We strongly recommend placing your order 2–3 days in advance of your preferred delivery date to ensure flower availability, freshness, and timely preparation. Certain flower varieties may require a minimum of 7 days' advance notice, depending on seasonal availability and supplier lead times.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed, a 55% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply to cover preparation, sourcing, and administrative costs. Cancellation requests made after production has commenced or after flowers have been specially sourced may not be eligible for any refund.
